This no-bake cheesecake is my go-to recipe when I want cheesecake in a flash. I love to share it with friends and family. It's as easy as 1-2-3! Top with additional graham cracker crumbs and whipped topping, if desired.
Ingredients
- cream cheese, softened to room temperature: 2 packages (8 ounce packages)
- white sugar: 1 cup
- vanilla extract: 3 Tbsp
- lemon extract: 1 tsp (optional)
- frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip): 1 container (8 ounce container, thawed)
- prepared graham cracker crust: 1 piece (9 inch)
- strawberry pie filling: 1 can (21 ounce can)
