Hands-down my most favorite dip!
Ingredients
- chickpeas: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained and rinsed)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- lemon, zested: 1 piece
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- vegetable bouillon: 1 tsp
- water: 4 Tbsp (or as needed)
- tamari: 1 tsp (optional)

Combine chickpeas, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and bouillon in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add water as needed if hummus is too thick. Add tamari to taste.
