These peanut butter oatmeal cookies are a nice change of pace from the usual peanut butter cookie. My husband never liked peanut butter cookies until I made him this recipe.
Ingredients
- peanut butter: 1 cup
- packed brown sugar: 1 cup
- white sugar: 0.75 cup
- shortening: 0.5 cup
- margarine: 0.5 cup (softened)
- eggs: 2 piece
- ½ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
- baking soda: 2 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- quick-cooking oats: 1 cup
