- medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick: 4 piece
- garlic powder: 0.125 tsp
- ground black pepper: 0.125 tsp
- celery seed: 0.125 tsp
- paprika: 0.125 tsp
- pinch cayenne pepper: 1 piece
- dash salt: 1 piece
- olive oil: 4 Tbsp (or more if needed)

Place potatoes, garlic powder, black pepper, celery seed, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt into a zip-top bag. Shake to coat evenly.
