Ingredients
- rolled oats: 1 cup
- ¼ cups unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk: 1 piece (divided)
- frozen banana: 1 piece (chopped)
- blueberries: 1 cup
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- maple syrup: 1 tsp (to taste)
- flaked coconut: 2 Tbsp
- blueberries: 1 Tbsp (fresh)
- chia seeds: 1 tsp
