- ½ cups water: 2 piece
- almond milk: 2 cups
- applesauce: 1 cup (optional)
- steel-cut oats: 1 cup
- cherries: 1 cup (to taste, dried)
- brown sugar: 3 Tbsp (optional)
- vanilla: 1 tsp
- ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
