Ingredients

  • eggs: 8 piece
  • ounces cooked ham, crumbled: 8 piece
  • red bell pepper: 1 cup (diced)
  • onion: 1 cup (diced)
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.125 tsp
  • water: 2 Tbsp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 8 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
