Aromatic pancakes with candy apples and cranberry will become the favorite dish of your family members and guests - so unusual they are! Try cooking them right away and you won\'t regret the decision!
Sift out and mix two types of flour
Add yeast powder, salt, baking powder and sugar. Stir everything well
Whisk milk and eggs in another bowl, add them to the dry ingredients
Melt butter and add it to the batter. Stir everything well once again
Heat the frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides without adding oil or butter
To cook candy apples, peel them and remove the seeds first
Cut the apples and add a few drops of lemon juice
Melt butter in a deep frying pan or a pot, add apples and cinnamon. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the apples become soft and “golden”
Add fresh cranberry and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with hot pancakes! Enjoy!
