- flour : 1 cup
- milk : 1 cup (slightly heated)
- egg : 1 piece
- sugar : 2 Tbsp
- salt : 2 pinch
- purified oil : 1 Tbsp
- baking powder : 2 tsp
Stages of cooking
Slightly heat the milk, add sugar, salt, the egg. Stir carefully.
Pour refined oil, stir. Then add baking powder and stir again.
Pour the flour gradually, whisking the dough continuously. The dough should be liquid, slightly viscous.
Fry pancakes on medium heat on a well-heated frying pan with non-stick coating without the use of oil. Pancakes are prepared very quickly, as soon as the surface of thep pancake starts to bubble , turn iton the other side .
Ready made pancakes can be poured with honey, jam, chocolate or nut paste .
