These smoothies taste like something you’d have on a tropical vacation. They’re perfect for breakfast to start the day — they also make a refreshing afternoon snack or even a healthy dessert. To make life easy,  use frozen peaches and mangoes, which don’t require any washing, peeling or slicing.

Ingredients

  • peeled and sliced peaches : 1 cup (cold, frozen peaches should be thawed)
  • mangoes : 0.5 cup (chopped, cold (frozen mangoes should be thawed))
  • mango nectar : 0.25 cup (cold)
  • banana : 0.5 piece (1/2)
  • sugar : 2 tsp (or honey (optional))
  • ice : 2 cubes
