This recipe for peanut butter fudge with marshmallows has never failed me. It is great!

Ingredients

  • packed brown sugar: 2 cups
  • white sugar: 2 cups
  • milk: 1 cup
  • butter: 4 Tbsp
  • ½ cups peanut butter: 1 piece
  • vanilla extract: 2 tsp
  • miniature marshmallows: 2 cups

  1. Butter a 9-inch square pan.

  2. In a 3-quart saucepan, combine brown sugar, white sugar, milk, and butter. Cook to soft ball stage, 234 degrees F (112 degrees C). Remove from the heat.

  3. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and marshmallows; continue stirring until marshmallows are melted. Pour into the prepared pan and cool completely before cutting into 16 squares.
