This baked halibut will just melt in your mouth! I like to serve this over quinoa kale salad. Also, please don't use regular bread crumbs as they are too dense.

Ingredients

  • panko bread crumbs: 0.5 cup
  • ½ tablespoons butter: 1 piece (melted)
  • chicken stock: 0.25 cup (or as needed)
  • fillets halibut: 2 piece (8 ounce)
  • lemon juice: 1 tsp
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
  • Dijon mustard: 1 Tbsp
