This baked halibut will just melt in your mouth! I like to serve this over quinoa kale salad. Also, please don't use regular bread crumbs as they are too dense.
Ingredients
- panko bread crumbs: 0.5 cup
- ½ tablespoons butter: 1 piece (melted)
- chicken stock: 0.25 cup (or as needed)
- fillets halibut: 2 piece (8 ounce)
- lemon juice: 1 tsp
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
- Dijon mustard: 1 Tbsp

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
