Great energy trail mix bar snack full of protein! A must for peanut butter lovers. Store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • granola: 2 cups
  • whole bran cereal: 2 cups
  • instant nonfat dry milk: 1 cup
  • cranberries: 1 cup (dried)
  • sunflower seeds: 1 cup
  • almonds: 0.75 cup
  • raisins: 0.75 cup
  • ground flax seeds: 0.25 cup
  • honey: 1 cup
  • brown sugar: 0.5 cup
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • ½ cups peanut butter: 1 piece
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp

  1. Mix together granola, bran cereal, dry milk, cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins, and flax seeds in a large bowl.
