  • flour: 1.5 cup
  • sugar powder: 7 Tbsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • butter: 100 g
  • ice water: 3 Tbsp
  • peanuts: 3 cup (unsalted and roasted)
  • dark chocolate: 200 g (bittersweet)
  • heavy cream: 1 cup
  • unsalted butter: 5.5 Tbsp (of a room temperature)
  • brown sugar: 0.5 cup
  • milk: 3 Tbsp
  • vanilla essence: 5 drop

  1. Take a deep bowl and blend sugar, flour and salt in it. Add butter and keep blending to get the mixture that looks like coarse meal.
