Ingredients
- butter: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 0.5 cup (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cups dry long grain white rice: 1 piece
- water: 3 cups
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 0.25 tsp (freshly ground)
- (6- to 7-ounce) jar basil pesto: 1 piece
