These pimento cheese deviled eggs put a Southern twist on deviled eggs, a staple at every potluck, church picnic, backyard BBQ, or family get-together. Filling them with a pimento cheese mixture really adds pizzazz to the tried-and-true.
Ingredients
- hard boiled eggs: 12 piece (peeled)
- ounces sharp Cheddar cheese: 4 piece
- salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®) or mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
- yellow mustard: 1 tsp
- cider vinegar: 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce: 0.5 tsp
- garlic powder: 0.5 tsp
- salt and freshly ground black pepper: (to taste)
- pimentos, well: 3 Tbsp (drained, for garnish, finely chopped)
- slice cooked, crisp bacon, crumbled: 1 piece
- fresh dill: 1 Tbsp (chopped, optional)

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.

Place yolks, cheese, salad dressing, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Blend until mixture is smooth.

Fold in pimentos, and scoop or pipe mixture into egg white halves.
