- zucchini, seeded and: 0.25 pound (cut into bite-size pieces)
- okra, ends: 0.25 pound (trimmed, fresh)
- green beans: 0.25 pound (trimmed, fresh)
- eggplant: 0.25 pound (cut into bite-size pieces)
- bitter melon: 1 piece (cut into bite-size pieces)
