Quick and easy pizza bites that require no crust, ready in less than 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • sugar-free pepperoni: 24 piece
  • keto-approved marinara sauce: 0.5 cup
  • shredded mozzarella cheese: 0.5 cup

  1. Turn on oven broiler.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out pepperoni slices in a single layer.

  3. Put 1 teaspoon marinara sauce on each pepperoni slice and spread out with a spoon. Add 1 teaspoon mozzarella cheese on top of marinara.

  4. Put baking sheet in the oven and broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.

  5. Remove from baking sheet and transfer to a paper towel–lined baking sheet to absorb excess grease.
