A delicious dip inspired by Chinese takeout that is low in carbohydrates, perfect for serving with celery sticks or Parmesan crisps.
Ingredients
- cream cheese: 8 oz (softened to room temperature)
- olive oil mayonnaise: 2 Tbsp
- freshly squeezed lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
- sea salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 0.25 tsp
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- medium green onions: 2 piece (diced)
- shredded Parmesan cheese: 0.5 cup
- canned white crabmeat: 4 oz (about 1/2 cup)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper with a hand blender until well incorporated.

Add garlic, onions, Parmesan cheese, and crabmeat and fold into mixture with a spatula.
