This dish looks quite simple at first sight, but it is a perfect potato side-dish that will certainly appeal both to vegetarians and those, who don’t stick to this diet. Cooking the dish won’t take much time, but the taste, aroma and look of the dish will not leave your loved ones indifferent!
Ingredients
- potato: 0.5 kg
- soy sauce: 4 Tbsp
- oil: 100 g
- garlic: 5 clove
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- green onion: 1 bunch

To cook the side-dish, you will need the ingredients you see on the photo.

Peel the potatoes and slice them into circles.

Pour the potatoes with hot boiling water, then wait until it boils, cover the pot with the lid and boil on small fire for 10 minutes. Do not add salt! You can do that at the end of boiling.

While the potatoes are boiling, chop the garlic and mix it with salt.

Add soy sauce to the oil. Then add garlic and milled black pepper.

Mix everything to get smooth mass.

Meanwhile, the potatoes are ready. Strain water.

Cover the baking pan with baking paper and put the potatoes above it.

Pour the potatoes with the sauce cooked of oil, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper. Bake in the over at 200 C (392 F) for about 15-20 minutes.

While the potatoes are baking, chop the green onion.

Take the potatoes away from the oven.

Take a serving dish and enjoy the potatoes with soy sauce. The dish will be a success! Enjoy!
