These jalapeño popper pigs in a blanket are a first—I’ve seen jalapeño poppers and pigs in a blanket served many ways, but this combo together may be my favorite way to do both.
Ingredients
- jalapeño peppers, cut in half lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed: 8 piece
- ounces softened cream cheese: 4 piece
- 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese: 1 piece
- cocktail wieners, such as Hillshire Farms Lil Smokies®: 16 piece
- crescent roll dough (8 count each): 2 packages (8 ounce packages)

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. Rinse jalapeños to remove any remaining seeds and pat dry.

Stir cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until well combined. Divide cheese mixture among jalapeño halves and top each with a sausage.

Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles. Roll each filled pepper in crescent dough and place on the prepared baking sheets.
