Pulled pork sandwich is a nice and tasty slow cooker dish but for this recipe use baked pork. You can wrap it in an aluminium foil like a burrito or eat it with a fork, it actually doesn\'t matter, cause it is so tasty!


  • salt : 1 pinch
  • vegetable oil : 1 Tbsp
  • bread bun : 6 piece
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • ketchup : 80 g
  • species : 1 Tbsp (rosemary, parsley, celery)
  • cucumber : 1 piece (pickled)
  • carrots : 2 piece
  • onion : 2 piece (medium)
  • pork : 400 g

Stages of cooking

  1. Shread the baked pork with a fork. When you bake it, cook until it is soft, for about 2 hours.

  2. Peel onion and carrot. Chop one part of onions, another cut into circles and cut carrot into strips, by the way the adding of carrot is absolutely optional.

  3. In a pan pour vegetable oil, fry onion with spices. Sprinkle salt.

  4. Add pork and ketchup, mix well and little heat.

  5. Taste it and add salt and pepper per taste.

  6. Cut into strips pickled cucumber.

  7. You may use any bread for this sandwich, so first spread on the bread pork with the sauce, then onion circles, then carrot and cucumber and cover all with the bread.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy with beer.
