Ingredients
- small head cabbage: 1 piece (shredded)
- scallions: 3 piece (thinly sliced)
- carrots: 1 cup (shredded)
- fresh cilantro: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- extra-virgin olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- toasted sesame oil: 1 Tbsp
- rice vinegar: 3 Tbsp
- soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
- fresh ginger: 2 tsp (finely chopped)
- maple syrup: 1 Tbsp
