- small head cabbage: 1 piece (shredded)
- Pink Lady apples: 2 piece (cored and diced)
- apple cider vinegar: 0.25 cup (none)
- water: 0.25 cup (none)
- salt: 0.5 tsp (none)
- cannellini beans: 1 can (drained and rinsed)
