This creamy pâté with salmon and cream cheese is delicious spread on crackers. You can add pecans for a twist.
Ingredients
- salmon, drained, flaked and bones removed: 1 can (7 ounce can)
- cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
- prepared horseradish: 1 tsp
- lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 2 tsp (grated)
- fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- pecans: 0.5 cup (chopped, optional)

In a medium bowl, mix together salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, and onion. Chill if necessary until firm enough to handle, then form into a ball. Roll in parsley and pecans if desired. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
