This rice pudding is super delicious and it is very easy to cook, try to make it at home. You’ll be surprised by its pleasant taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • apple: 2 piece
  • lemon juice: 60 ml
  • sugar: 100 g
  • milk: 500 ml
  • egg: 3 piece
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • vanilla sugar: 0.5 tsp
  • rice: 200 g
  • butter: 40 g

  1. Pour milk into a pan, add butter, sugar (50g), salt. Bring to a boil, add rice and cook 30 minutes.

  2. Rinse and peel apples, cube then. Add sugar (50g) and lemon juice, stew on a law flame.

  3. Throw apples on a sieve, remove the syrup. Add rice and vanilla sugar, mix well.

  4. Whisk eggs, add rice mixture carefully.

  5. Now spread this mixture over the baking form.

  6. Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (355F) degrees about 30 minutes. Taste the dish!
