This salad is made out of common ingredients, still its appearance so bright and interesting that it becomes very nice and even unique.
Ingredients
- lettuce: 3 piece
- salt: 1 pinch (per taste)
- mayonnaise: 200 g
- champignons: 300 g
- chicken breasts: 1 piece
- beetroot: 1 piece
- carrot: 2 piece
- pomegranate: 1 piece
- potato: 3 piece

Prepare all the ingredients, boil potato, carrot and beetroot. Peel champignons.

Chop champignons and fry until golden brown.

Boil chicken breast until it is ready and chop.

Take a large dinner plate, first place lettuce and put a cup. Then spread a layer of grated potato around the cup.

Smear with mayonnaise and spread the layer of grated carrot. Again smear with mayonnaise.

Spread the layer of chicken breast and spread mayonnaise.

Next champignons and again mayonnaise.

The last will be grated beetroot, smear this with mayonnaise.
