A very easy way to make roast beef and Cheddar cheese into a delicious brunch-style frittata.

Ingredients

  • cooking spray:
  • eggs: 10 piece (beaten)
  • condensed cream of mushroom soup: 1 can (10.5 ounce can)
  • cheddar cheese: 2 cups (shredded)
  • ounces deli-style roast beef: 8 piece (chopped)
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 2-quart shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
