Ingredients
- extra-virgin olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- head green cabbage, cut into 4 wedges: 0.5 piece
- pinch garlic powder: 1 piece (to taste)
- pinch red pepper flakes: 1 piece (to taste)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
- lemons: 2 piece (halved)
