These bite-size rum balls are an easy no-bake chocolate treat that make an impressive dessert for the holidays. They are wonderful for parties and make great Christmas gifts!

Ingredients

  • vanilla wafers: 1 pack (12 ounce pack, crushed)
  • ½ cups chopped nuts: 1 piece
  • confectioners' sugar: 0.75 cup
  • cocoa: 0.25 cup
  • light rum: 0.5 cup
  • light corn syrup: 3 Tbsp
  • confectioners' sugar: 0.125 cup (or more if needed)
