Stages of cooking
-
Take a pot, pour one cup of warm water in it and dissolve sugar. Then take a large bowl and mix flour, oil and milk in it.
-
Knead soft dough.
-
As soon as the dough is ready, pinch out large balls, dredge them with flour and knead tough dough once again. Don’t use too much flour, because it will absorb more oil.
-
Now, cut the dough in strips. Then cut those strips into diagonal pieces of the same size. Cut out a slot in the middle of each piece of dough.
-
Gently, pull one corner of the piece of dough through the slot in the middle of it, creating a twist. Form any shape of your biscuits you like now.
-
Heat oil in a frying pan and make sure it is hot enough to fry Khapse.
-
Cook on medium fire until the biscuits are ready. Then place them on a paper towel to get rid of extra oil and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar if you like sweet biscuits! Bon appétit!
