- pitted nicoise olives: 0.25 cup
- fresh parsley: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- mixed salad greens: 0.5 pound
- lemon vinaigrette: 1 cup
- hard-cooked eggs, quartered: 3 piece
- roma (plum) tomatoes: 3 piece (sliced)
- anchovy filets: 4 piece
- capers: 1 Tbsp
