Ingredients
- grapefruit: 1 piece
- avocado: 1 piece
- salad lattuce: 200 g
- salmon: 100 g (salted)
- lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- honey: 1 tsp
- soy sauce: 1 tsp
- mustard: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 1 pinch

Peel the grapefruit, divide into slices and peel off the films.

Peel the avocado, remove the bone and cut the flesh into thin slices. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice so that the flesh does not change color.
