The classic combination of pear - blue cheese is perfectly presented in salads. Today we offer you to prepare a very simple, quick, but delicious salad, which can be served on your holiday table.
For the dressing: combine orange juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly.
A large pear, not peeling, cut into thin slices. Carefully cut the core with the seeds. Fry pear slices from both sides over high heat on a mixture of olive oil, butter and honey until golden brown.
In a frying pan fry the hazelnuts for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool and chop lightly. Crumble cheese.
Lay out the washed and dried arugula on plates, sprinkle with dressing. Top pears and sprinkle with chopped nuts and cheese. Pour the remaining dressing. Salad with Pears and Dorblu Cheese is ready.
