Pan-fry potatoes in a skillet to make quick and easy fries that are sure to please.

Ingredients

  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • butter: 1 tsp
  • potatoes, sliced lengthwise into 1/2-inch circles and: 3 piece (cut into 1/2 inch strips)
  • coarse sea salt: 0.25 tsp
  • cracked black pepper: 0.25 tsp

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
