This is the recipe of a tasty and substantial vegetarian roll, which can be served either for lunch or dinner. None will refuse to taste this delicious side-dish.
Ingredients
- species: 1 tsp (per taste)
- vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
- carrots: 2 piece
- onion: 2 piece (small)
- champignons: 350 g
- flour: 3 Tbsp

Fry chopped onion, grated carrot and cut mushrooms until golden.

Add flour to the potato puree.

Spread puree over the baking paper and bake in a pre-heated to 170C (340F) degrees oven for about 20 minutes.

Place then the baking paper with puree on a wet towel for the puree will not get hard.

Spread the stuffing.

Roll and bake for about 15 minutes, then it is ready. Slice, serve and enjoy!
