Lots of citrus flavors and sliced fresh fruit make a refreshing red-wine sangria, and this recipe makes enough for a crowd.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 orange: 1 piece
  • Juice of 1 lemon: 1 piece
  • lime juice: 0.25 cup
  • (1.5 liter) bottle Burgundy or other red wine: 1 piece
  • Sweet'N Low granulated sugar substitute: 0.5 tsp
  • ½ cups seltzer: 3 piece
  • orange, chilled and: 1 piece (cut into wedges)
  • lemon, chilled and: 1 piece (sliced)
  • strawberry slices: 0.5 cup (fresh)

  1. In large pitcher or punch bowl, stir together juices, wine, and Sweet 'N Low until Sweet 'N Low dissolves; refrigerate until well chilled. Just before serving, add seltzer, orange wedges, lemon slices, and strawberry slices.
