Ingredients
- ground pork sausage: 1 pound
- coleslaw mix: 6 cups
- carrots: 2 piece (grated)
- green onions: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- garlic: 4 clove (minced)
- low-sodium soy sauce: 1 Tbsp
- sesame oil: 1 Tbsp
- shelled sunflower seeds: 2 Tbsp (optional)
- ginger root: 1 Tbsp (grated)
