This is very yummy! Red cabbage has a much better flavor than green, so it is better to use. Any spices you want can be used, but salt and pepper is simplest.

- head red cabbage: 0.5 piece (chopped)
- onion: 0.5 piece (chopped)
- red bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- yellow bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
