I love savoy cabbage. We serve it as a side with almost anything. This is one of my favorite ways to make it — it's quick and easy with a little butter and cream.
Ingredients
- head Savoy cabbage: 1 piece (sliced)
- butter: 3 Tbsp
- heavy whipping cream: 0.25 cup (to taste)
- ground nutmeg: 0.125 tsp (to taste)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper: (to taste)
