A quick and delicious side dish of sautéed green peas with garlic and fresh dill, topped with vegan Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- green peas: 2 cups (can use fresh or frozen)
- fresh dill: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- black pepper: 0 tsp (freshly ground)
- vegan Parmesan cheese: 0 g (freshly shaved, for serving)

In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Add the peas and dill and season with pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the peas are tender.
