A quick and delicious side dish of sautéed green peas with garlic and fresh dill, topped with vegan Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • garlic: 3 clove (minced)
  • green peas: 2 cups (can use fresh or frozen)
  • fresh dill: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • black pepper: 0 tsp (freshly ground)
  • vegan Parmesan cheese: 0 g (freshly shaved, for serving)

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant.
