A simple and nutritious side dish featuring the peppery taste of mustard greens, sautéed with garlic and olive oil, perfect alongside any entrée.
Ingredients
- extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- mustard greens: 1 pack (chopped)
- Salt: 0 tsp
- Freshly ground black pepper: 0 tsp
- vegetable broth: 0.25 cup

In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Stir in the greens and cook until just wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
