Take a pot, pour wine and add one bay leaf. Wait until the wine boils.

Defreeze the shrimps, peel them and boil in a separate pot.

Take the wine off the fire and add shrimps. Do not boil the shrimps in the wine. Otherwise, they may become too rough.
