Quick and easy sheet pan shrimp fajitas. Serve with tortillas, cilantro, avocado, or any other condiments you like while only using one pan.

Ingredients

  • fajita seasoning: 1 pack (1 ounce pack)
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • ½ pounds raw shrimp: 1 piece (peeled and deveined)
  • red bell pepper, sliced into strips: 1 piece
  • yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips: 1 piece
  • red onion, sliced into strips: 1 piece
  • jalapeno pepper, sliced into rings: 1 piece

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
