People never get enough of this wonderful spinach artichoke dip with shrimp. I always double the recipe to make sure everyone is happy. Serve with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- artichoke hearts: 1 can (14 ounce can, drained)
- cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
- Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (grated)
- and peeled shrimp: 1 cup (cooked)
- mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
- green onions: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- garlic salt: 0.5 tsp
- pinch paprika: 1 piece (for garnish)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix artichoke hearts, Cheddar, Parmesan, shrimp, mayonnaise, green onions, and garlic salt together in a medium baking dish. Sprinkle paprika over top.
