Creamy and yummy, and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- celery: 0.5 cup (sliced)
- onion: 0.33333 cup (finely diced)
- margarine: 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, diced)
- milk: 1 cup
- ½ cups cubed potatoes: 1 piece
- frozen cooked shrimp: 0.5 pound (drained)
- dry white wine: 2 Tbsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp

In a large stock pot saute celery and onions in margarine.

Add cream cheese and milk; and stir over low heat until cream cheese is completely melted.

Add potatoes, shrimp, dry white wine and salt. Heat thorough, stirring occasionally and then serve.
