This is an awesomely simple, light, and refreshing salsa made with shrimp, ripe tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro that goes great with tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- salad shrimp: 0.5 pound
- roma (plum) tomatoes: 2 piece (diced)
- red onion: 0.5 piece (diced)
- cilantro: 0.25 cup (minced)
- lime juice: 0.25 cup (fresh)
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 1 tsp (freshly ground)
- clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
