Stages of cooking
-
Start cooking the dish with marinating the shrimps. With this purpose, take a medium bowl and mix soy sauce, brown sugar and seasoned rice vinegar in it. Stir well until the sugar dissolves. Add olive oil, sesame oil, grated ginger and minced garlic.
-
Then add the shrimps, mix all the ingredients and leave in the fridge for a while.
-
If you use fresh sesame seeds, take your time to toast them in a sauté pan until they become light brown.
-
Heat a frying pan and stir-fry the marinated shrimps with half of the chopped green onions. Cook the ingredients for about 2 minutes until the shrimps become pink. Don’t forget to stir them during this time.
-
Remove the fried shrimps from the frying pan and set them aside in a serving bowl. Pour the marinade into the hot sauté pan and simmer for a while to get the syrup.
-
Finally, pour the syrup over the shrimps. Sprinkle the dish with the rest of the chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm with rice, rice noodles, spinach, soda noodles, asparagus or broccoli. Enjoy!
