Ingredients

  • ½ pounds pork spareribs: 2 piece
  • barbeque sauce: 2 bottles (18 ounce bottles)
  • onion, quartered: 1 piece
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp

  1. Place spareribs in a large stockpot; add barbeque sauce, onion, salt, and pepper. Pour in enough water to cover the ribs. Bring to a low boil and simmer for 40 minutes.
