I just gathered together my favorite fruits and added what else was needed. If you like, use a multigrain bar (I use Entenmann's strawberry flavored), crumble it, and sprinkle some on top of each smoothie.
Ingredients
- banana: 1 piece
- frozen strawberries: 1 cup
- frozen blueberries: 1 cup
- frozen cherries: 1 cup
- ice cubes: 4 piece
- orange juice: 0.5 cup
- vanilla yogurt: 0.75 cup
- honey: 0.5 tsp (optional)
